**Edited to make sense**
Tonight I went to our parish mission and it was so awful that I had to leave early. We were told, by the mission priest,Â that Jesus did not know he was divine until He all of a sudden had all sorts of scripture infused in his mind. Who the heck ordained this man? Who the heck lets him go out and preach lies to a uncatechized masses who do not know any better?
When I arrived home, after venting to my husband, I found this wonderful quote :

Of course, I sat through that part, just taking it all in but I had to leave when he decided that it was time for all of us to “stretch”.Â It was yoga, simple yoga, but yoga nonetheless.
Priests, lay leaders, listen up: The people of the church do not want fluff. We want true teachings. We want the hard truths. We want authentic Christianity. We do not want something watered down to make us feel good about ourselves. If we wanted that, we would join another church.
This is way we went to St. Paul’s in Columbus.
