Our House is on the Market!

We’ve worked long and hard to get our house ready for sale. Today we signed with our agent and she stuck a for sale sign out front and listed the house online. I’ve wanted to share before and afters for a while and now that we have all the shots completed, I can.

I do not have a before of the front of the house but the after shows the great paint job we got from Eisenhower Painting in Adel.

  1. I looked at the pictures on realtor too. It looks really really great! I’m super impressed and wondering how you guys managed to get it looking so awesome while homeschooling five kiddos and being pregnant?!!! Hope it sells quickly for you all!

    • Anne, we started about a year ago with the home improvements, then when I found out I was pregnant and knew I had about two weeks before I was struck with morning sickness, I scrubbed, purged, and packed. The house isn’t messy by any means, but a lot of staging went into the pictures, things were moved around. We have gotten rid of a lot of furniture though and packed away books and most toys oh and clothes as well.

We were actually hoping to get the house on the market in January, then by the end of February, but we wanted it to be as close to perfect as possible. I guess we reached this point today.

  2. Looks great, Beth! You’re inspiring me….
